NeuroInk · Self-assessment

Where should you focus if you want research to be part of your practice?

Rate yourself across the competencies that published frameworks say matter, add a little context about your role, and get an immediate, personalised report on where to focus next.

What this is — and is not. No validated, norm-referenced self-assessment of pharmacist research competency exists anywhere in the published literature. This tool is structured reflection to guide your development planning, built from the strongest available frameworks (Yan 2025; Awaisu 2015; Wilson 2024) and a scoping review of 413 studies. It does not measure you, and it cannot compare you with peers. Low ratings are the useful ones — they are what the report turns into a plan. There is no score worth flattering.
